DJ DALLA

Troy Anthony Flowers, commonly known as DJ Dalla, is known as one of the most versatile and hard working DJ’s in Belize.
He started DJing at the age of 14, doing christenings, parties, weddings, lodge hall dances and public events, all while juggling on two tape decks, earning him the nickname “Cassette DJ”. He later moved on to mixing and spinning records, along with Rick the Ruler, another popular DJ and in 2000 created his owns sounds, Belizean Movements, which quickly became one of Belize’s top sounds, playing countrywide and later, the Caribbean. They have also taken their skills internationally, playing in Canada and in the US, appearing in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago & Detroit.
DJ Dalla is not only a DJ, he also does event promotions and concerts, making him one of Belize’s biggest Concert promoters. He has worked with the likes of Vybz Cartel, Tanya Stephens, Beenie Man, Capleton, Byron Lee, Lady Saw, Morgan Heritage and many more BIG name artists
As the current owner of the Record Shack, and the proud father of two, Karhyma & Kelvin, he believes he has only just begun and foresees even greater things in his future.
